Its all-stainless-steel construction surrounds the grill body and provides designated openings for gas and electrical connections.
Select the grill and insulating jacket before the island is fabricated. The TEIJ42 requires a larger cabinet opening than the grill alone, so the jacket’s specification drawing should control the enclosure dimensions.
The current specification sheet identifies the TEBQ42 and TE1BQ42RS as compatible models. Confirm fitment with Twin Eagles before ordering the jacket for a model not listed on the drawing.
No. The jacket protects combustible island materials, but the installation must still provide the ventilation, utility access, service clearance, and other provisions required by the grill instructions and applicable codes.
No. The TEIJ42 requires its own larger opening. Use the insulating-jacket drawing rather than the standard grill cutout when the jacket is part of the installation.
Use the current TEIJ42 specification drawing when planning the cabinet opening. The drawing shows a required cutout width of 45.50". Confirm the complete grill model, countertop support, utility routes, ventilation, service access, and surrounding construction before fabrication. Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
