The Napoleon BI-3323-ZCL is a zero-clearance liner for select Prestige and Prestige PRO 500 built-in grill heads. It provides the approved protective enclosure needed when combustible materials are used near the grill opening in a custom outdoor kitchen.
This model is intended for outdoor kitchen projects that cannot provide a fully noncombustible enclosure around the grill. The liner must be incorporated into the island design from the beginning because its opening, support, utility access, and ventilation requirements differ from those of the grill head alone.

No. Napoleon directs installers to use the liner instructions together with the manual supplied for the grill head. Gas supply, electrical access, ventilation, propane-cylinder storage, lid clearance, and service access must still follow the requirements for the installed grill.
Plan the enclosure around the liner before cutting the countertop. Provide structural support without blocking the required gas and electrical openings. A propane cylinder must not be stored directly beneath the grill. The liner and grill must be installed and serviced by a qualified installer in accordance with the supplied instructions and applicable codes.

Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
