Combustible-Island Liner for Napoleon BIB18 Dual Burners

Product Description

The Napoleon BI-2423-ZCL is a stainless steel zero-clearance liner designed to isolate a compatible 18" Napoleon dual burner from combustible outdoor kitchen materials. Its finished trim surrounds the installed burner and provides a clean transition at the countertop opening.

Key Features

  • Supports approved installation near combustible construction
  • Stainless steel construction for outdoor kitchen use
  • Finished trim frames the burner at the countertop
  • Designed specifically for select Napoleon 18" built-in dual burners

This liner helps builders incorporate a high-output side burner into island designs that cannot meet the requirements for a noncombustible enclosure. The island opening and supporting structure must be planned around the liner rather than the burner alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should the island opening be sized from the liner's exterior measurements?

No. Use the specified liner cutout measurements when fabricating the enclosure. The exterior trim extends beyond the opening and should not be used as the rough-opening size.

Does “zero clearance” eliminate every installation requirement?

No. The liner addresses approved placement near combustible construction, but it does not replace the burner manual's ventilation, gas-supply, electrical, service-access, and installation requirements. Follow the instructions for the exact burner being installed.
