This hand-crafted Alfa pizza oven gives you the best of the old-world methods with current new-world technologies. This oven uses the patented Alfa Forninox technology that once lit allows this Nano to go from 0 degrees to your desired temperature within ten minutes, then simply cook your pizza right next to the fire on the 23 3/5 inch x 15 7/10 inch fire brick cooking surface. The oven is powder-coated stainless steel with refractory tiles to help retain heat while cooking. The insulated dome retains heat to cook food evenly while the built-in thermometer allows you to monitor internal temperatures.
Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
