This two-tiered custom-built 9ft x 8ft L-shaped grill island has a Tan Brown Granite countertop with light beige stucco color that overlays, what seems like a brick finish. Each section of the island has been pre-wired with outlets on the inside of each island. The 9ft section is 39" high with a cantilevered counter, great for chairs and evening entertaining. It has (4) four lights that are under the counter to accent the rustic brick stucco overlay. It includes a 14" x 14" bar style sink, 24" Stainless steel 142 can refrigerator, and 2 access doors for inter-island storage. The 8ft side drops to 34" high at 5ft length and includes a Mongolian style EVO 30" grill that has side trays to catch excess food. When in use, the Grill lid has special cubby storage below the grill area. This is a special design that nobody offers.

Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
