The Sunstone 1SSB Drop-In Side Burner delivers 15,000 BTUs of heat through a heavy-duty all-brass burner and supports both natural gas and liquid propane configurations. Its adjustable all-surround flame makes it suitable for high-searing applications, including stir-frying and sauce preparation. The burner includes a push-button electronic ignitor for reliable startup and a large, rubber-gripped gas valve knob for precise flame control.
The unit features a 3/8-inch thick, raised 304 stainless steel cooking grate, which improves airflow for consistent burner performance. It's fully detached stainless steel cover allows for larger cookware—including woks—and simplifies cleaning and storage. Designed to integrate with outdoor kitchens, it complements Sunstone’s Ruby Series grills, and because of its push-to-light feature, it doesn't require any electrical connection.
