The Echelon E660i Freestanding Gourmet Griddle Cart is made from stainless steel, the two (2) cast stainless steel burners will produce up to 40,000 BTUs and give you a two-zone cooking area. The burners have a hot surface ignition controlled by two back-lit control knobs. It has a 3/8-inch thick stainless steel, warp-free griddle surface, and a 30 x 18-inch cooking area that's perfect for cooking anything from fried rice to bacon and eggs. The easy cleaning grease tray has two removable collection troughs and the elegant stainless steel griddle cover will keep your griddle surface protected from the elements. The freestanding cart bottom is constructed from stainless steel and comes with one storage door and two storage drawers.

Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
