The Aurora Single Searing Station has one infrared burner that produces 24,000 BTUs, which flash-cooks meat at 1000° and locks in the flavor. The advanced hot surface ignition makes lighting the burners as easy as simply turning the knob. This Aurora Single Searing Station can be easily hooked up to the Fire Magic Aurora Series Grill or can be wired individually by using a separate power supply (power transformer sold separately).
