This thermometer has a 3-inch dial with an 8 ft. cable and stainless steel remote probe. It has a temperature range up to 1112º Fahrenheit (600 Celsius). The long cable allows you to mount the thermometer dial in the front of your Californo wood-fired oven enclosure while permitting the probe to reach the oven's rear side and across from the fireside (usual placement is fire on the left side and probe on the right side).
