This 14-inch pizza peel allows you to easily slide any pizza into or out of the Californo pizza oven, it is lightweight yet durable. It is constructed with riveted joints to reduce vibrations to the handle. The rectangular peel head has a neutral anodizing to protect the whole surface. And the long handle keeps your hands from burning when retrieving your pizza.
