The Alfa Allegro is a semi-professional oven that has no limits, it is a wood-burning oven that quickly reaches operating temperature within 20 minutes. Constructed from stainless steel and available in Antique Red or Yellow, the colored parts of the oven have been treated with powder coating which is resistant to high temperatures. The unit has a max oven temperature of 1000 degrees. The oven floor is made up of interchangeable refractory bricks which soak up heat and transmit it from the bottom up, while the ceramic fiber insulation keeps the heat inside the oven for a long time. The large door is equipped with a double ergonomic handle so that you can adjust the draught while controlling the fire inside the oven and the pyrometer allows you to keep an eye on the inside oven temperature.

Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
